Fearing the prisoners will be massacred before liberation arrives, the U.S. Army launches one of the most daring rescue missions of the Second World War. Led by Rangers, Alamo Scouts, and Filipino guerrillas, the raiders crawl through open ground under cover of darkness before striking the camp in a lightning assault.
