Birkat Hamazon/Bentching (Nusach Ari)

Bentch along with Rabbi B! The Torah commands us to bless and thank Hashem after we finish a meal. This prayer is called 'Birkat HaMazon' or Bentching. It is actually the only blessing that is commanded in the Torah.
