By the end of the episode, we start to wonder what that really means, and return to our typical doubts – is He really that close and relatable? What does it mean that He doesn’t change, on the level of His Essence? Surely that’s where we end up back to square one again, that Hashem is out of reach… This see saw of breaking new barriers, but hitting new walls, as we work our way up the ladder of the sources, is frustrating, but we conclude that no, there’s still hope.
